Classically trained head chef James Pipes has his roots firmly based in the traditional French classics, from this he has gained a deep understanding of culinary techniques and processes.
James does however have a more worldly outlook and with support from sous chef Charles the menu offers a broad range, from traditional pub classics to Asian influenced dishes for the more adventurous.
Both vegetarian and vegan options are always available and we cater for people with special dietary needs, please ensure that you speak to the waiting staff to discuss any specific allergens and intolerances.
Our menus change frequently with the focus on seasonal fresh produce, from our home reared pigs, vegetables & herbs picked daily from the garden or the finest ingredients sourced from the bevy of excellent local suppliers.
With weekend BBQ’s through the summer, Moules Tuesday & Pie Thursday in autumn & winter, monthly “Thali” Curry nights, Tapas paired with Wine & Gin, traditional Sunday roasts or an authentic stone baked Italian Pizza, we always strive to offer something a little extra to make the dining experience special.
